How to order

Four steps to your trophy

We make each trophy from the details registered for your entry, so please check them first.

  1. Check your entry

    Confirm your Entry ID, project name, team leader and team members on My Entry.

  2. Choose your trophy

    Select your award, your experience level and the prize you won.

  3. Add your Entry ID

    Give the award year and your Entry ID, agree to the purchase terms and check out.

  4. Handmade and shipped

    Artisans in Japan make your trophy in two to three months, then it ships to your address.

The craft

Handmade in Japan

Each trophy is handcrafted by master artisans in Japan, who bring a long craft tradition to a contemporary form. Black crystal is the signature material, and every piece is made only when it is ordered.

The artisans take two to three months to make your trophy, so that every detail meets the standard of Japanese craftsmanship.

Who can order: winners of the ISARCH Award, as design teams or individuals, and their school or company advisors.

Who can order a trophy?

Winners of the ISARCH Award: design teams and individuals, and their school or company advisors. An advisor can be added in the student category only.

What is printed on the trophy?

Your prize on the front and ISARCH with the award year at the foot, with the project name, team leader and team members registered for your entry. Please check these details on My Entry before you order.

How long does it take?

Each trophy is made to order by artisans in Japan in two to three months. The expected shipping month for this year is on the trophy page.

Can I cancel or return my order?

No. The trophy is a personalized, custom-made item: once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We replace or refund a trophy only if it is damaged in shipping, or if the names printed on it do not match the details registered for your entry. Damage from use, dropping or other external force after delivery is not covered.

What if my Entry ID does not qualify?

We charge a USD 100 handling fee and refund the rest. Payment processing fees for the refund are deducted from the refund.
