The trophy

Details

Congratulations on your achievement.

Each trophy is handcrafted by master artisans in Japan, who bring a long craft tradition to a contemporary form. Black crystal is the signature material, and every piece is made only when it is ordered.

The artisans take two to three months to make your trophy, so that every detail meets the standard of Japanese craftsmanship. When it is finished, it is delivered to the address you give at checkout.

Order timeline

Orders for this year close on January 7, 2027. Trophies are expected to ship in March 2027.

    Choose your award and prize, add your Entry ID and check out by January 7, 2027.

  2. Entry check

    We check your Entry ID against your registration: project name, team leader and team members.

  3. Handmade in Japan

    Artisans make your trophy by hand in two to three months.

  4. Delivery

    Expected to ship in March 2027 to the address you give at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Please read these terms before you order. They are part of every trophy order.

Shipping

Trophies are expected to ship in March 2027. Please give a phone number and a delivery address where you can receive the trophy at that time.

Returns and replacements

Each trophy is a personalized, custom-made item: once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We replace or refund a trophy only if it is damaged in shipping, or if the names printed on it do not match the details registered for your entry.

Terms and conditions

Caring for your trophy

Black crystal is fragile. Do not drop, knock or crush the trophy, and keep it away from hard or abrasive objects. Breakage, scratches, wear or other damage from use or external force after delivery are not covered: we do not replace or refund the trophy in these cases.
