  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Estimated Shipping in March 2026
  • The trophy is expected to ship around March 2026.
  • Please provide a phone number and delivery address where you can receive the product during that time.
• Entry ID Verification and Handling Fee
  • IMPORTANT: Please first visit the ISARCH official website's MY HOME page to confirm your winning Entry ID, Project Name, Team Leader, and Team Members. We will produce the trophy based on the information you submitted during registration.
  • If the Entry ID does not qualify, a USD 100 handling fee will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
  • Any payment processing fees incurred during the refund will be deducted from your refund amount.
